Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) is a proactive approach to establishing the behavioral supports and social culture and needed for all students in a school to achieve social, emotional and academic success.

- Teach & Reinforce School Behavior Expectation (ROAR)
- Manage electronic points system (5Star Students program)
- Model & celebrate staff use of PBIS reinforcement system

Collect and review data to implement new systems/supports or adjust existing ones
- Evaluate monthly 5Star data
- Gather & analyze student input through 5Star Survey system
- Gather & reflect on staff input through 5Star Survey system

Communicate with staff, students, and families
- Daily incentive programs to encourage on-time attendance
- Weekly incentive programs to reteach/reinforce expected school behaivors
- Weekly update in Staff Bulletin
